What we need from you:

  1. Make sure your week starts on Monday

  2. Take a screenshot of your Week View Calorie and Macro screens from MyFitnessPal

  3. Make sure you are using your logging your weight so you can swing in your lowest weight from last week and your lowest weight from this week.

Why are assessments important?

  1. It helps us address any issues you may be having.

  2. It helps us see if we need to make adjustments to your targets.

  3. It helps us keep the path of communication open and help us continue to get to know you. The more we know about you the more we can help!
