1/16 Tip of the Day

A great way to keep calories down and hit your macros consistently is to find lower calorie or healthier versions of things you like to eat. If you normally eat flour tortillas that are 120 calories a piece, find you a lower calorie version or go with a 50 calorie corn tortilla. You can remove the tortilla all together and use lettuce! They are less than 5 calories per leaf compared to a high calorie flour tortilla. Swap full fat sour cream for plain greek yogurt. Eat cauliflower rice instead of brown rice. Eat zucchini noodles instead of regular noodles. Don't like these things, you can check labels for things at the grocery store to find lower calorie options. If you need help with lower calorie swaps, don't hesitate to text us! Have a great day friends!
