Here is a list of some of our go to snacks! The non perishable ones are great for road trips, baseball tournaments, busy work days, etc!
Higher protein:
-Quest tortilla chips
-Beef or turkey jerky (our favorite is tilamook sugar free beef jerky)
-Greek yogurt (plain is better because it’s lower carb. You can sweeten it with stevia and add berries)
-String cheese wrapped in lunch meat
-turkey pepperonis
-boiled eggs
Other good low calorie snacks
-Smartfood or skinnypop popcorn
-Fit crunch bars
-Alani Nu Fit Snacks Protein Bars
-Built Bars (some can be higher calorie so check when you order)
-Smart Cakes
-Lower calorie fruit like watermelon and cantaloupe
-Veggies with light ranch dip or hummus
