We are so excited that you showed interest in signing up with us and we can’t wait to get you started! We do want to make sure that we communicate what we expect from you and what you can expect from us before continuing on to paying and getting started!
What we expect from you:

A willingness to take our guidance and put it into practice! Don’t worry! We will guide you every step of the way!

An open mind and a willingness to try new things like weighing your food, changing your habits, making lifestyle changes, etc. That is how you’ll make permanent change and get to your goal as efficiently as possible!

Communication! The way we guide you is by getting to know you better! We can only help if you share with us your concerns and questions! There are no dumb questions and we will only be encouraging and kind!
What you can expect from the MacroWorks coaches:

You can expect a text from us everyday unless you have told us that you are sick, have had a death in the family, are on vacation, need a break from logging or something like that. We want to respect the time you need with your family and friends after the loss of a loved one. We want to give you a rest if you’ve asked for it and if we text you and you aren’t ready to receive texts from us, you can politely ask us to give you more time! That being said, if you aren’t submitting your screenshots consistently, the missed text may sound like a generic one because there are only so many ways we can say “Hey! We missed your screenshots from yesterday! How can I help?” It will always be a real person sending any text you receive!

Don't stop communicating! If you stop communicating, we will continue to reach out to see how we can help! After a month of no responses, you will continue to get a text from us but the effort we put in chasing you will stop so that we can provide the best service to those who are working the program and communicating!

We are extremely passionate about helping you! Sometimes text messages can be misconstrued as us getting on to you or talking down to you! That is never the case! We invest ourselves in every client we work with! We cry with you! We celebrate the wins and help course correct the losses! Everything we text or say to you comes from a place of love and genuine passion to see you succeed!
