Creating a meal is a great way to speed up your logging! For me, there are several different meals that I eat the exact same way. I use this for my coffee, some restaurants, my salad, etc.

Here are the steps:

  1. Click MORE at the bottom of the MyFitnessPal app.

  2. Click My Meals, Recipes & Foods.

  3. Click the Meals tab.

  4. Click Create a Meal.

  5. Type the name of your meal in the Name Your Meal field.

  6. Click Add Food.

  7. Add all of the food or ingredients for your meal.

  8. After you have all of your ingredients or foods added, click Save at the top right of the MFP app.

  9. Now we are ready to log your Meal. Click Diary, then Add Food.

  10. Click on your meal and you can change the number of servings of your meal from 1 to however many you have. It’s handy for coffee because I usually drink more than 1 cup.

Another way to create a meal.

  1. After you have your food logged in your diary, click the 3 dots to the right of Add Food.

  2. Click Save as Meal. (Note: all entries under that meal will be saved to the meal you create)

This tool is handy because instead of logging multiple different ingredients or food, you can just log 1 meal and it will automatically log all of them for you! Then you can adjust your serving sizes accordingly! If you need help with this, don’t hesitate to reach out!
