IF I ORDER MERCHANDISE, WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY AND ARE THERE SHIPPING COSTS?

You can expect your merchandise within 7-10 business days from the time your order is fulfilled. We use USPS to calculate shipping costs from where we live to your delivery address provided in your order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. (unworn, no stains)

  • Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 60 days of delivery. 

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed. 

  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international return or exchange.
