HOW TO TRACK YOUR WEIGHT IN MYFITNESSPAL
Weigh first thing in the morning when you wake up before you’ve eaten anything.
Click the blue plus sign at the bottom of the MyFitnessPal app.
Enter your weight and click the check mark at the top right of the screen.
To review weights that you have entered, click the Progress button at the bottom of the app.
This is handy when we do your weekly assessments letting us know what your lowest weight is from this week and your lowest weight from last week.
