HOW TO TRACK YOUR WEIGHT IN MYFITNESSPAL

  • Weigh first thing in the morning when you wake up before you’ve eaten anything or drank anything. It's best to weigh with as little clothes on if you can. The most important part is to be consistent!

  • You can log your weight in a couple of different ways.

    1. Click Dashboard at the bottom left of the MyFitnessPal app. Then scroll down until you see a box that says Weight. Click the plus sign at the top right of the Weight box, track your weight and then click the checkmark at the top right.​

    2. Click More, then click Progress, at the top left, click where it says steps and change it to Weight. Then click the plus sign in the top right of the app, track your weight and then click the checkmark at the top right.

  • To review weights that you have entered in the app, click More at the bottom left of the app, the click Progress and then choose Weight and you can see the weights you have recorded.

  • This is handy when we do your weekly assessments letting us know what your lowest weight is from this week and your lowest weight from last week.
