HOW TO TRACK YOUR WEIGHT IN MYFITNESSPAL

  • Weigh first thing in the morning when you wake up before you’ve eaten anything.

  • Click the blue plus sign at the bottom of the MyFitnessPal app.

  • Enter your weight and click the check mark at the top right of the screen.

  • To review weights that you have entered, click the Progress button at the bottom of the app.

  • This is handy when we do your weekly assessments letting us know what your lowest weight is from this week and your lowest weight from last week.
